Nora Landa Frazier, ambassador for Peruvian Cuisine in the Bay Area, invites you to share her delight in the many combinations of flavors  found in  Peru's diverse gastronomy. With a culture as rich and varied as its geography, “Generous Peru” offers you the astonishing fusions of the ethnic dishes typical of its world-class cuisine.

A native of Lima, Nora attended The American/International School of Lima, becoming a fusion of Peruvian and American traditions herself. Working as a flight attendant for Braniff International Division and studying in California and Sweden broadened her culinary interests, a fact reflected throughout her teaching career at her alma mater in Lima. Honoring her childhood cooking experiences, Nora implemented nutrition courses for her students, who presented their healthy appetizers and hors dʼoeuvres at their campus Food Fests. Now residing in the Bay Area, Nora looks forward to sharing Peruvian history through her presentation of very traditional, national dishes.

The secret of each dish is the seasoning of its main ingredients”
